As a second-generation French-trained pastry chef, owner Nick Nikolopoulos has made it his personal mission to provide a dedicated safe kitchen for those with celiac disease and allergies. Inspired by his sons and nephew, who suffer from severe, life-threatening allergies to gluten, nuts, and dairy, Nick transitioned his focus to the celiac and allergy-friendly space, ensuring every product is crafted with their safety in mind.

I wanted a variety sweet treats for friends, without worrying about allergens or other dietary restrictions. There's something for every palette, but you can never go wrong with sugar cookies and cupcakes.

4 disgusting cannolis 25.00 , nothing about them remotely tasted like a cannoli . The shell I can give some grace but the filling tasted like canned icing from shop rite .

Our cannoli filling is one of our most popular filings that we offer and it is the same filling we make at our Brooklyn location since 1972. Nothing canned about anything in this bakery. Not sure what to say about this review. Have never had a complaint.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and specifically called to make sure the bakery was 100% nut-free. After this experience, I'm confident the cakes might be, but the staff certainly aren't. I also placed the custom cake order online on June 1st the night before.
When I was on the phone, I was asked if my daughter wanted a different icing flavor. I told them I would call back after asking her. My husband later called and asked about a few flavors and how they tasted. When he asked what the vanilla buttercream filling tasted like, he was told, "Let me put it in a way you would understand—do you want it to taste like a ShopRite cake or a real bakery cake?" My daughter ended up sticking with the original icing she had ordered online.
I only made TWO phone calls, and both were on the same day.
2 days before pickup June 9th, I received an email requesting payment, which I immediately paid. Then, on the day I was supposed to pick up the cake, June 11th I received an email saying my order was canceled due to a "lack of communication."
That makes absolutely no sense. I was told they called me multiple times and emailed me multiple times. I never received a single phone call from them and have proof of it. They also claimed the payment email was sent a second time because I never responded to the first email. How exactly am I supposed to respond to an email I never received? I was told I need to pay 5 days before I would have done that if I got the email 5 days before and also if I missed the deadline to pay why would you send the email a second time if the cake wasn’t even made?
They put me on hold and then came back saying they could only make a very basic cake with one solid color or one polka-dot color. I asked if I could put them on hold so I could ask my daughter what she wanted. Apparently, they don't know how to properly use the hold button.
While I was away from the phone, I could clearly hear the conversation on their end. Nick said “I don’t even know why I’m making this cake anymore going back and forth for 2 weeks for the damn kids' birthday cake” Going back and forth for two weeks? Nick, I don't think your head is on straight because I called you twice in one day. Two phone calls somehow turned into a two-week ordeal in your mind.
The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Maybe next time you and your staff should learn how to properly put a customer on hold before talking about them. When I got back on the line, Nick already had an attitude. I told him I heard everything he said, that he could take the cake and shove it, and then he hung up on me.
The entire experience was bizarre. Between canceling an order that was already paid for, claiming there were calls and emails that never existed, and openly complaining about a child's birthday cake while the customer could hear everything, I'm honestly surprised this place stays in business.

We are in business for 52 years because we have great, supportive and loyal customers that are appreciative that have a place that is safe. Thanks again!

What an amazing find! My mum is from the UK and is celiac and always dreamt of being able to choose like everyone else from lots of sweet treats. Today that dream came true! The owner was so friendly and helpful and clearly passionate about what he does. It’s no mean feat to be able to provide such an amazing allergen free establishment. As for the purchases - they were incredible - we’re already planning a return visit! 😂 THANK YOU!
